It’s finished! The C2C (Corner to Corner) Emoji Blanket is done and I love it so much. The pattern was really fun to make. I can’t wait to try more C2C patterns in the future.
She designed all of the squares I used except for two. She made her blanket using 9 squares and made two extra squares for pillows. I did 12 squares and designed two of my own squares to fill in. I designed the nerdy smily with the glasses and the winking smily. If you want the patterns, just let me know. I haven’t typed them up yet but I can if people are interested!
I joined the squares with slip stitches in the back loop of each stitch holding the squares together. For the border, I did a total of three rows of single crochet. The second row in red I did something similar to the linen stitch which is sc, ch1, sc all the way around. The last round is one more row of single crochets.
Again I LOVED this pattern! I hope to make more C2C patterns in the future. Sarah just recently designed a C2C square of a coffee mug and I am so excited. This coffee
nerd lover plans on making a whole blanket of those someday!

I highly recommend trying this pattern or a different C2C pattern. They work up fast and are a lot of fun. Making these can be endless possibilities as far as designs. There are a ton online. You can also try making your own!
Have a great Monday everyone. Thanks for reading
