In the next week or so, I would like to share my weight loss and fitness journey. At first I thought I could just sit down and write it real quick with some before and after pictures and be done. I have realized that I need to take some more time to write it. I want it to inspire others, I want it to encourage, and I want to show every struggle and success.
My journey became more than just losing weight. It became a physical and mental transformation. It will be something I will work on for the rest of my life. It’s also hard to write because I have not made my story public to anyone except a selected few. This will be a big leap into the public where people see and hear my not so pretty moments. But again, I want this to be a tool to help encourage others. So I’m willing to put it out there, not for attention and positive comments, but to show that it can be done.
My weight loss was done without a gym membership, fancy diets, supplements, coaches, trainers, shakes, or anything unnatural. It was done with hard work doing my workouts in my own home and eating healthy. That’s it! So again, I hope this can inspire people. All it takes is hard work and discipline.
